Winter has many differences between locations. Some places might be freezing like Ireland, Sweden, Norway, Greenland, etc. In some places might be perfect like Florida, Dubai, Brazil and many other places.
I don’t think we have a winter here in Florida. During the winter months, it’s still 26 degree Celsius. So everyone here in Florida loves the winter months because it’s not too hot like in the Summer.
Winter time is the best time to visit this place, because the temperature is the best during January and February. I like to go to Dubai for my winter vacations because it’s so cold in my home city.
Cold places:
It’s freezing out.
It doesn’t snow often, but when it does, it stays around for several days because it stays cold.
For 4 months, this city will be covered with a layer of snow because it will never melt.
The winter here is cold and dry. We hardly get any precipitation.
It doesn’t get too cold here, but it’s always raining and very gloomy.
